Who we are

Aviator Avenue is a product of Van Moose, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We provide a drone flight legality API and related tools.

What data we collect

API usage: coordinates, altitude, drone class, operator category, timestamp, API key ID. Used to provide the service and track usage against your quota.

Account data: email address and organization name, provided at signup.

Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details.

Website: essential cookies only. No tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, no third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

To provide the flight legality service, enforce usage quotas, process payments, and improve the accuracy of our airspace data.

Data retention

API usage logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Data sharing

We share data with Stripe for payment processing only. We do not sell data. We do not share data with any other third parties.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Data location

All data is processed and stored in the EU. Database hosted on Supabase (Frankfurt). Application served via Vercel (EU edge).

Updates

Material changes to this policy will be communicated via email to registered users.
